The Wardrobe Edit: Winter Boots

Winter boots are an essential for a working wardrobe, flats, heels, cuban, over the knee, over the thigh etc etc… and black boots will take you through from the first autumn leaves to the spring sunshine. The more classic a style you choose, and the better you look after them each year, the longer they’ll last. My favourite pair are an old Pied e Terre pair which have been reheeled countless times, and resoled twice, costing more than I probably ever paid in the first place but the older they get the better they look. And those that follow my IG might know I splashed out on the Chloe Susannah boots this year. These will be well loved and looked after… at the moment I am struggling not to wear them every day, have to remind myself I do have other shoes. I have found it hard not buying any other flat boots this year (I have banned myself post Chloe splurge), there are so many gorgeous designs on the highstreet right now, so I thought I would indulge in some virtual shopping and I have included my favourite classic style black Winter boots below… and don’t forget Selfridges have their 20% off with the code … it’s ending today…
