I hope you’re having a lovely bank holiday weekend, whether you’re away or at home, busy or bored, hopefully the break was needed and being enjoyed. We are spending some time with mini V’s grandparents in the countryside, always so lovely getting out of London. Although I know if I had to move here I would miss it!
Continuing with the detox theme of the past week I wanted to get inspired for my wardrobe clear out I am planning… (still not started) and if you have time this bank holiday, to help inspire you too. The Vestiaire Collective guide I put on the weeks posts here talked about detoxing your whole life by de-cluttering your wardrobe & your living space, undersubscribing, single-tasking, stopping overcommitting, knowing your priorities, turning off notifications and finally – practising mindfulness.
That’s a lot in one go!
But perhaps step-by-step or just picking and choosing a few detox areas you can create a more simple happier way of living. So simple, chic and stylish living is the theme of this week’s Sunday inspiration post.
Thank you so much for reading.
Love,
Vx

I started this task the other day, first to go were the 2 ball gowns I wore at university…in 2004!!! After 2 babies (and, you know, a decade of cake!) there was no way I was fitting into those any time soon, made me wonder why I’d held onto them for so long?? Dressing room already looks more streamlined and clutter-free and I’ve only done half…thanks for the motivation!
